1. What you purchase
You purchase a license to occupy the selected block of the Skin of the Year 2026 digital artwork. The price is US$5 per tile. Packs are not discounted. No physical product will be shipped to you.
2. Your image and license
You retain ownership of your submitted image. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit it. You grant the project creator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to crop, resize, display, print, promote, archive, and distribute your image solely as part of or in connection with Skin of the Year, its finished artwork, phone skin, wallpaper, certificates, documentation, and promotion.
3. Content rules
Do not submit illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or privacy-violating material. The creator may remove material believed to violate these rules. Removed blocks may be resold and policy removals are not automatically refunded.
4. Finality and moderation
You cannot replace or edit an image after successful payment. The creator may remove and, before campaign lock, restore submissions. The campaign locks permanently at the configured time, even if a scheduled task is delayed.
5. Payments and refunds
Stripe processes payments and collects receipt information. Technical payment failures and verified duplicate charges may be refunded. Change-of-mind refunds are not promised. Removal for a policy violation does not qualify for an automatic refund.
6. Downloads
The finished artwork, wallpaper, and certificate are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Rights in the individual submitted images remain with their respective contributors.
7. Project changes
Grid dimensions, cutouts, and print geometry may change to match the verified printer template. We will preserve each successful purchase’s tile count and make reasonable efforts to preserve its relative placement.
