What we collect
We store your Stripe checkout identifiers, payment status, email address, purchased coordinates, submitted image, optional display name and website, optional marketing consent, and essential security logs. Stripe receives the payment details you provide directly to it; this project does not store your card number.
Why we use it
We use this information to reserve tiles, fulfill purchases, publish and moderate artwork, provide receipts and downloads, prevent duplicate fulfillment, secure the admin area, and operate the campaign.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts the application and image storage, Neon hosts the database, and Stripe processes checkout. Each provider handles data under its own privacy and security terms.
Public information
Your paid image, optional display name, optional website, and tile coordinates are public. Your email, payment identifiers, consent record, and pending upload are not displayed on the public canvas.
Marketing
Marketing consent is optional and stored separately from the email Stripe uses for receipts and essential purchase information. You can withdraw it by contacting us.
Retention and requests
Transaction and fulfillment records are retained as needed for tax, fraud, contractual, and project-archive purposes. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable; some records cannot be deleted while a legal retention duty applies.
